If you did not receive a letter, it means that you already have an account. Go to
https://www.schoolsaccount.nyc/ to sign into your account. If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and you will receive an email to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, do not have access to the email you created your NYCSA with or have other problems accessing your account, email
[email protected].
The same New York City Schools Account keeps you on top of everything as long as your child is in a NYC public school.
If you don't have an account, look for the letter in your child's purple folder and follow the directions.
